A 4-week leadership program that teaches breathing and meditation techniques to help leaders reduce stress and work better with their teams. The program has 4 main sessions (2 hours each) in the first week, then 3 follow-up sessions (2 hours each week) to practice what you learned. You'll learn self-care, how to be a better leader, build trust with others, and create positive change. The program uses special breathing exercises called SKY that have been proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while improving focus and health.
