3Be The Change Online Peace Education WorkshopThis 1-hour online class teaches you about peace and how to heal from scary experiences. You'll watch a movie, learn breathing exercises, and practice meditation to feel stronger inside.
SKY Mindful Leadership TrainingA 4-week leadership program that teaches breathing and meditation techniques to help leaders reduce stress and work better with their teams. The program has 4 main sessions (2 hours each) in the first week, then 3 follow-up sessions (2 hours each week) to practice what you learned. You'll learn self-care, how to be a better leader, build trust with others, and create positive change. The program uses special breathing exercises called SKY that have been proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while improving focus and health.
Ambassadors of Peace Leadership ProgramThis 8-week program teaches community leaders how to stay calm and help people work together better. Leaders learn breathing exercises and ways to solve problems with kindness so they can make their neighborhoods more peaceful.
