The Interactivity Foundation helps teachers and students learn better discussion skills. They offer training toolkits, coaching programs, and workshops to help schools build stronger communities through better conversations. Teachers can get certified as discussion coaches, use free activities in their classrooms, and bring special training to their schools. Students learn skills that help them in school and future jobs. The resources help everyone talk through problems respectfully and work together better.
This organization helps workplace teams learn to work better together. They teach skills for having good discussions, solving problems as a group, and working with people who are different from you. They offer training to become a discussion coach, guides for team leaders to run better meetings, and a toolkit with activities. Teams learn collaborative intelligence - how to think together to solve hard problems. The training helps teams get ready for future workplaces where people need to work across differences.
The Sustained Discussion Program brings together visiting fellows to lead discussion projects on important topics that people don't talk about enough. Each project creates tools to help others have better conversations about difficult subjects. Fellows explore topics like education, artificial intelligence, masculinity, citizenship, death, punishment culture, and digital nomadism. The program produces discussion guides and resources that communities can use to have meaningful conversations about these challenging issues.
The Collaborative Discussion Project (CDP) helps people learn to have better discussions and work together. They offer a free toolkit with over 50 activities for teachers and group leaders. You can take training classes to become a certified coach and then teach others. They also offer certificate programs to build skills for working with others. The resources help people in schools, workplaces, and communities have more productive conversations and solve problems together.
Philanthropy New York helps foundation and nonprofit leaders learn about racial equity and change their organizations. They offer group learning programs, peer working groups, and trust-based philanthropy training. Members can join cohorts that meet regularly to learn together and get tools to make their organizations more fair and equitable. They also provide resources, recorded programs, and help connect members with racial equity consultants and training organizations.
