GiveWisely® is a free course that helps people and families create a smart giving plan. You'll learn to discover your core values and what causes matter most to you. The course teaches you how to choose charities that match your goals and how to budget for giving. Sessions can be 45 minutes or longer workshops. They're available online or in person. The course covers finding your values, checking if charities are effective, understanding your giving style, making a giving budget, and staying focused on your goals. Free for CFT fundholders, customized sessions available for others.
This program teaches financial advisors how to help their clients donate money to good causes. Advisors learn about different ways to give that can also save money on taxes. The foundation handles all the paperwork so advisors can focus on helping their clients make a positive difference.
This is a free 7-month group where financial advisors, lawyers, and nonprofit workers learn together about helping people give money to good causes. The group meets on Monday afternoons to study and make professional connections.
