The Center for Story-based Strategy helps community organizers and activists learn how to tell better stories to create social change. They offer four main programs: training workshops to build storytelling skills, network groups where activists can connect and learn from each other, partnerships with grassroots organizations to build their capacity, and leadership development focused on creating fair transitions in communities. These programs help people working for justice learn how stories can challenge unfair systems and build power for positive change.

Online classes you can take at your own speed to learn about story-based strategy. This helps people understand how to use stories to make social change happen. There are two 90-minute workshops available. One teaches the main ideas of story-based strategy. The other focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion using story methods. Both workshops are available in English and Spanish. You practice what you learn right away and see how these ideas work in real life.
The Center for Story-based Strategy works with grassroots organizations to help them tell better stories and plan stronger campaigns. They teach groups how to understand the stories people already believe about their issue, then create new stories that can change minds. They offer three levels of help: basic training to understand story strategy, deeper work to build a full story plan, and ongoing support to put the plan into action. This isn't regular consulting - they work as true partners with organizations fighting for justice. They help groups connect their personal stories to bigger movement goals and bring in artists and creative people to make campaigns more powerful.
Some things cost way more when we keep them.
