9Food Safety Inspections and Restaurant Score ReportsThe City of Dallas checks all restaurants and food places to make sure they are clean and safe. They give each place a score from 0-100. Higher scores mean the place follows good food safety rules. You can see restaurant scores online or ask the restaurant to show you their latest report. If you get sick from food at a restaurant, you can report it to the city. The city inspects restaurants every 6 months to keep food safe for everyone.
Municipal Court Warrant ResolutionThis service helps people resolve warrants for unpaid Dallas city tickets. If you missed court or didn't pay a ticket, you may have a warrant. You can pay online, by phone, by mail, or in person. You can also request a payment plan, post bond, or hire a lawyer. Each violation adds a $50 fee when it becomes a warrant. You can check your citation status and balance online.
Dallas Animal ServicesDallas Animal Services helps pets and pet owners in Dallas. They run an animal shelter where you can adopt pets, surrender pets you can't keep, and get help finding lost pets. The city streams meetings live so you can see what city leaders are talking about and voting on. You can also listen to audio-only versions on DCN 95 and DCN 96. This helps you stay informed about what's happening in your city government without having to go to City Hall in person.
Dallas 311 - City Services HelpDallas 311 is the city's main help service. You can call or contact them to report problems, ask questions, or get help with city services. They help with things like streetlight repairs, potholes, code violations, trash pickup issues, and other city problems. You can reach them 24 hours a day to get help or report issues in your neighborhood.
Dallas Sanitation ServicesThe City of Dallas picks up garbage, recycling, and bulky items from homes. They collect garbage and recycling weekly on your scheduled day. You can put out up to 10 cubic yards of brush and bulky items once per month. They also run landfills and transfer stations where you can drop off waste yourself. Call 3-1-1 if you have problems with pickup or need help. You can find your pickup schedule online or use their mobile apps.
Parkmobile Mobile Parking Payment ServiceParkmobile lets you pay for parking in Dallas using your phone or smartphone app. You can pay from your car without going to a parking meter. The service costs $0.35 extra per parking payment and accepts major credit cards.
